ECT 242 - Microprocessor Architecture and Programming for Engineering Technology

This course covers the basic elements of computer hardware and software, data representations, instruction formats and addressing modes, assembly language instructions, programming techniques in assembly language, introduction to functions of operating systems. Three lecture hours, three lab hours.
Prerequisite(s): ECT 232  (minimum grade of C-).
