BIO 545 - Biochemistry Laboratory

Biochemical techniques, including quantitative analysis, radioisotopes, chromatography, centrifugation, and enzyme purification and assays are presented in laboratory experiments. Graduate students will be required to complete a special and independent research project as designated by the instructor.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing or permission of instructor/department chair. Corequisite(s): BIO 544  or permission of instructor.
