DPT 507 - Physical Agents Laboratory

This laboratory course is designed in conjunction with DPT 506 and allows for hands-on application of various physical therapy interventions discussed in lecture including; thermal, mechanical and electrotherapeutic physical agents as well as soft tissue mobilization techniques. Laboratory activities including case studies and evaluation of evidence based research will be used to further develop the student’s clinical decision making skills.
Prerequisite(s): Physical therapy major. Corequisite(s): DPT 506.
