DFA 440 - Issues in Pedagogy

Dance teaching majors learn skills and strategies for improving students’ abilities to learn, watch, and perform dance. Techniques such as mental imagery and coaching are used to address emotional issues, performance issues, and learning styles.
Prerequisite(s): DFA 240 , DFA 340 , and EDP 132 ; dance performance or ballet pedagogy majors only.
