BL 314 - Law For Entrepreneurs

A survey of legal issues affecting entrepreneurs and managers. The course focuses on preventative law and topics include selecting a business form, raising money and securities regulation, protecting intellectual property, hiring and maintaining workers, minimizing operational liabilities and using contracts to shift risk.
Prerequisite(s): BL 230 .
