NUR 482 - Nursing Capstone Seminar

This capstone course completes the BSN curriculum and prepares the student for entry into practice. Building on previous learning, students synthesize concepts that are essential to baccalaureate generalist professional nursing practice. Students explore health care delivery in the context of sociocultural and global challenges. Immersion in clinical practice helps students become autonomous providers and managers of nursing care, and responsible members of the profession. Preparation for nurse licensure examination is included. A passing grade of C and Satisfactory achievement of clinical objectives must be accomplished to pass this course.
Prerequisite(s): NUR 433  and NUR 434 .
