LAH 410 - Contracts


3 credit(s)
This course introduces students to the law of contracts, including legal requirements for a binding contract, drafting protocols, remedies for breach of contract, and drafting of contracts in particular practice areas. This will include the Uniform Commercial Code and complex financial transactions.
Prerequisite(s): LAH 250  (minimum grade of C required); or permission of program director.
