The law of business entities. Preparation and drafting of various legal documents in the formation, maintenance, record-keeping, modification, and dissolution of sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, for-profit and non-profit corporations.
Prerequisite(s): LAH 201  (minimum grade of C); or permission of program director.
