QNT 130 - Business Data Analytics I

This course provides the necessary skills to understand the role of statistics in business decision making. Topics include types of data and data analysis, probability concepts, random variables, discrete and continuous probability distributions. Sampling methods, Sampling distributions and introduction to estimation are also covered. Excel and other statistical software are used for problem solving throughout the course.
Prerequisite(s): M 110  or permission of instructor.
