HS 511 - Research Methods in Health Science

This course provides a thorough introduction to conducting research in health science disciplines. Topics will include the formulation of research questions, research design, data collection, and statistical analysis approaches. Students will be introduced to the differences between quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as basic and applied/translational science.
Prerequisite(s): M 114, HS 140P, and HS 141P; or by permission of the instructor.
