MSM 620 - Effective Business Communications

This course focuses on the skills required for effective communication in a business environment. Various forms of communications are covered, including memos, reports, email, presentations, and informal discussion. The use of technology and its ability to aid or harm communications is discussed.
Prerequisite(s): Open to MSM students only; MSM 600  and MSM 610 .
