AC 603 - Accounting for Decision Makers

This course demonstrates how firms evaluate the factors affecting current and future decision making by extracting and analyzing information from internal and external accounting reports. Topics include the vocabulary of accounting, analysis of accounting reports, performance measures, budgeting, incentives, ethics and management decision making in a global economy. It is highly recommended that students without knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Statement Analysis to take an online/alternative review module. This course is not open to MSAT students.
Prerequisite(s): QNT 601 .
