MGT 607 - Managing Organizational Processes

This course provides an overview of basic organizational processes in both service- and goods-producing organizations. Such processes include day-to-day operations as well as one-time projects. Topics covered include operations strategy, product and process design and analysis, quality, capacity, inventory, supply chain, project management, and innovation projects.
