   |  DPT 535 - Integrated Clinical Experience II1 credit(s)
 This course is designed to provide physical therapy students with practical application of principles and techniques learned during the academic portion of the semester and a greater appreciation for the field of Physical Therapy. This course also continues to facilitate the development, measurement and assessment of professionalism. Students participate in a weekly observation at a local outpatient orthopedic or inpatient settings. Students gain experience in their selected setting to improve readiness for upcoming clinical education. Students are expected to demonstrate professional behaviors in all interactions with patients, clients, families, caregivers, and other health professionals.
 Prerequisite(s): Physical therapy major and DPT 530 . (Clinical site and Physical Therapy Program health requirements must be met.)
