PSY 558 - Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace
3credit(s) This course is a comprehensive overview of diversity and inclusion in the workforce. Learners will understand critical issues involved in framing, designing, and implementing inclusion initiatives in organizations. Major areas of emphasis include frameworks for understanding inclusion, individual and interpersonal perspectives, and inclusive leadership and organizational development. Prerequisite(s): Matriculation into a psychology graduate program, or permission of the MSOP program director.
