QNT 750 - Strategic Business Analytics

This course addresses some of the major business intelligence issues facing enterprises today, such as how to gather, store, analyze, and use data to solve critical business problems and capitalize on opportunities; how to manage business analytics of disparate data and applications that reside on diverse platforms, owned by different business units, and residing in widely separated locations. This course also teaches how to align analytics with business strategies and successfully manage the business intelligence system implementation. Topics covered include: strategic planning and alignment, data gap analysis, technology gap analysis, project management, data preparation, data mining, governance, business process, data integrity, reporting and executive dashboarding, analytical consulting, predictive and advanced analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, and business modeling.
Prerequisite(s): QNT 712 , QNT 730 , and QNT 735 .
