LAH 315 - Legal Research and Writing II

Seminar building on the skills learned in LAH 250 . Students perform research and analysis of legal issues. Emphasis is placed on precision and clarity in the drafting of legal documents, including a memorandum of law.
Prerequisite(s): LAH 250  (minimum grade of C).
