MWD 260 - Computer and Network Administration

Computer and network system administration is a complex and essential field that involves literacy of both hardware and software components, and remote management of multiple user systems. This course provides a practical problem-solving approach to system administration which includes introduction to the command line interface (CLI). Upon completion of this course, students are capable of configuring, administering, and supporting users on a multi-user networked computer system.
Prerequisite(s): MWD 110 , CS 114 , or CS 275 ; or permission of department.
Laboratory fee.
