EX 350 - Strength and Conditioning

Presents the scientific basis and practical concerns related to the development of safe and effective strength and conditioning programs. Emphasis is placed on both proper exercise technique/instruction and the creation of programs utilizing numerous systems and modalities. This course aligns with the content of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification examination.
Prerequisite(s): EX 320P  and exercise science major; or permission of instructor.
