ADT 495S - BB: Laboratory of Appropriate Construction

This course aims to provide the students with basic skills in craft and construction that will allow them to build the projects designed in the design and construction studio. It is carried out as a series of workshops: A) Making Vietri Ceramics and tiles, B) The feeling hand: a blind crafting experience, C) Appropriate natural construction, and D) rebuilding of a historic village in the Alps.
Prerequisite(s): ADT 156 , ADT 232 , ADT 244 , or junior standing.
