MGT 701 - Managerial Skills and Agile Management

This course focuses on the development of competence in applied project management and agile management skills, exploring the issues that managers face when being responsible for other individuals and teams getting work accomplished in an agile environment. Topics include presentation of self, time and stress management, communication, negotiation, coaching, creating and delivering in an agile environment. Diagnostic instruments, practice exercises, and active student involvement are part of the course.
