Study of selected writings and analyses by Heinrich Schenker. Preparation of graphic analyses of selected compositions using Schenkerian harmonic voice-leading techniques. Usually offered alternate years. Three hours weekly.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate Music Theory Review Requirement.
