MSOT 611 - Occupational Therapy Service Delivery for Physical Rehabilitation

Classroom and a level I fieldwork experience in evaluation and intervention in adult rehabilitation and disability. Students will learn about the regulatory and reimbursement mechanisms that affect occupational therapy services within physical rehabilitation settings. Students will explore assumptions related to clinical skills, identify areas in need of improvement, and apply learned concepts. Transformative learning theory frames learning activities and expected outcomes.
Prerequisite(s): MSOT 507 , MSOT 508 , MSOT 512 , and MSOT 602 . Corequisite(s): MSOT 610 .
