RCP 215 - Mechanical Ventilation and Resuscitation II

A theory-technique course designed to facilitate student comprehension of mechanical ventilators. The course includes cardiopulmonary resuscitation, manual ventilation, intermittent positive pressure breathing therapy, airway care, and maintenance of the continuously ventilated patient.
Prerequisite(s): Respiratory therapy major, RCP 213 , RCP 214 , BIO 212 , and BIO 213 . Corequisite(s): RCP 354P .
