LAH 425 - eDiscovery

This hands-on, how-to course gives students an overview of the technology used in eDiscovery in both civil and criminal cases. From discovery identification and preservation to collection, processing, review, production, and trial presentation, this course provides an introduction to the tools of eDiscovery. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to work with eDiscovery tools, computer forensics tools, processing and review platforms, and trial presentation software.
Prerequisite(s): LAH 210  and LAH 325 ; or permission of program director.
