NUR 435 - Nursing Care of Populations

The course explores the field of population health nursing. Emphasis is on use of the nursing process with the population as patient. Major community and public health problems and issues are analyzed in the context of their roles as social determinants of health.
Prerequisite(s): Matriculation in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.
