SM 440P - Diversity and Inclusion in Sports Organization


3 credit(s) High Impact Practice: Diversity
Students will learn principles of diverse and inclusive practices in sports organizations. They will explore issues concerning systemic problems with racism, inequity, and discrimination in sports. Students will explore ways to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion; study best practices; and complete projects on overcoming challenges to diversity and inclusion in the sports industry.
Prerequisite(s): 48 earned credits.
