NUR 702 - Personal and Professional Leadership

This course provides analysis of theoretical foundations of leadership and management as it relates to the role of the advanced practice nurse. The leadership role of the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) will be examined through applying and evaluating essential leadership concepts and self-evaluation. Students will develop leadership knowledge and skills for transition into the advanced practice nursing role.
Prerequisite(s): Matriculation in the DNP Program.
