EDD 826 - Ethics and the Praxis of Research

Ethical reflection is not only central to a scholar’s formation and to the research process, but also integral to curriculum development efforts, response to accreditation demands and to determining what and how programs of study are developed, articulated, and approved. The central premise of this course is that doctoral students in educational leadership must think beyond ethics as compliance with institutional review boards, but also come to understand it as integral to their teaching, research, and service commitments.
