MGT 727 - Organizational Behavior in Management

In this course, students will learn and apply the principles of organizational behavior. We will examine a number of theories and concepts related to organizational behavior and explore how these theories and concepts relate to, and can help solve, problems and issues confronting managers today. This course is designed to help students learn and apply relevant organizational behavior theories and concepts as well as develop vital managerial skills. This course examines the varied and interwoven levels of management: individuals, groups, and organizations and how each impacts, and is impacted by, organizational behavior. Students’ understanding and integration of each level is assessed using homework, papers, discussion boards, and other assessment tools.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing.
