BL 730 - Agency Engagement, Communication and Interaction 3 credit(s) This course focuses on strategic engagement with domestic (state and federal) and international regulatory agencies and (as applicable) non-government organizations (NGOs) and other private and self-regulating bodies in the context of risk and regulatory compliance. The course will enable you to apply core compliance, legal, and regulatory concepts and business goals and objectives. In addition, you will be able to influence regulatory outcomes and provide appropriate information and data as part of required agency oversight. This course will also help you to learn practical negotiation techniques and strategies for regulatory interaction. The course will utilize applied experiential activities, including simulations, team negotiations, case studies, and other similar learning modalities. Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing.
