HTA 110P - Voice for Actors I

2 credit(s) High Impact Practice: Learning Community (with HTA 120P and HTA 130P)
This course is an introduction to voice work. The Linklater Voice method is at the core of this course. Students will focus on breath, sound, and awareness through voice and speech training. The semester culminates with an oral presentation of a small text, demonstrating the acquisition of concepts taught in the course.
Prerequisite(s): Music theatre, actor training, and stage management majors only.
