LAH 412 - Intellectual Property

This course familiarizes students with the basic forms of intellectual property protection, including trademark, copyright, trade secret, and patent protection, and the copyright and trademark registration process. Students also learn the law regarding intellectual property in cyberspace.
Prerequisite(s): LAH 210 and LAH 250 (minimum grade of C required in each of these courses); or permission of program director.
