This course develops and enhances personal awareness and interpersonal skills for the paralegal or other professional working in a legal environment. Emphasis is placed on self analysis and assessment; power structures; effective networking and alliances; assertiveness; conflict resolution; negotiation techniques; time management; legal career options and the effective paralegal/legal team.
Prerequisite(s): LAH 250 (minimum grade of C).
