UISS 113 - CryptoCurrency Fundamentals: Social Perspective

This introductory course in the social sciences introduces students to the roles that the fundamentals of cryptocurrencies play in our global society. The course will introduce the student to the basic foundations of currency, blockchains, crypto technology, and decentralized digital value exchange. The course will explore leading cryptocurrencies and how this new asset class is evolving with both unprecedented demand and increasing regulation.
