MSPO 512 - Material Methods in Prosthetics and Orthotics

An introduction to the materials and equipment used in P&O fabrication. Students gain an understanding of the proper application of materials, with special emphasis on design, selection criteria, processing options, and safety/quality considerations related to orthotic and prosthetic devices. May require travel.
Prerequisite(s): Prosthetics & orthotics major.
