ECT 483 - Data Acquisition Systems for Engineering Technology

This course covers the application of hardware and software used for data acquisition systems. System architecture and communication protocols are discussed for data collection control interfaces. Data collection, reporting, storage, and analysis are covered. Hardware and software tools used in this course emphasize those commonly used in industry. Three lecture hours, three lab hours.
Prerequisite(s): ECT 355  and ECT 364  (minimum grade of C- in both courses).
Laboratory fee.
