RMI 434 - Risk Analysis and Management

This course focuses on the general principles of risk management and their application to risks faced by both individuals and businesses. Students will learn to develop comprehensive risk management plans incorporating risk identification, risk analysis, risk control, and risk financing. Risk management tools covered include loss prevention, loss reduction, loss retention, captives, insurance transfer, and non-insurance transfer.
Prerequisite(s): RMI 210 .
