RAD 331 - RAD Protection & Radiobiology

This course provides a comprehensive review of all concepts related to patient and personnel radiation safety and protection. The potential biological impact of ionizing radiation, dose-response relationships, acute radiation syndrome, and the genetic and somatic effects of low-level radiation are discussed.
Prerequisite(s): RAD 326 .
