RAD 102 - Introduction to Radiologic Science II

This course is designed to provide additional information about the radiologic sciences and the radiologic technology profession. The course encompasses lectures and discussion both in the traditional classroom setting and online platform. Students are required to participate in a limited clinical shadowing experience in addition to online reading and research assignments related to radiologic technology as a profession, radiation protection practices and safety, basic radiographic terminology and cultural diversity.
Prerequisite(s): RAD 101  or permission of instructor.
