HTA 479P - Stage Management Internship

6 credit(s) High Impact Practice: Internship
Supervised field work in a performing arts organization in the private or public sector as a stage management intern. At the end of this 6-credit internship, students will complete an extensive academic paper analyzing the rehearsal and performance process of the show on which they are currently assigned. Students will take into account how the professional internship experience affected the decisions made while stage managing the show. Students are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week at the company.
Prerequisite(s): HTA 349.
