PSY 617 - Child Clinical Counseling Internship

The intention of this course is to provide a professional seminar and mental health fieldwork experience targeted to the internship involving the delivery of child clinical (mental health) counseling services. The PSY 617 internship follows the fall practicum (one hundred hour) training experience and the component of the internship begun in PSY 616 . The PSY 616 -617 sequence requires a minimum of 600 hours with a minimum of 240 client contact hours.
