CS 630 - Independent Study

Independent study allows the student to explore a topic of interest, under the close supervision of a faculty member. The course may include directed readings, applied work, assisting a faculty member with a research project, or carrying out an independent research project. Regardless of the nature of the experience, the work must culminate in a formal paper at the end of the semester.
Prerequisite(s): CS 555, CS 557, and CS 567; and at least two major elective courses; and permission of instructor.
