MGT 780 - Healthcare Administration Capstone Project

Students complete a project to master their administration skills at the healthcare organization. It is the student’s responsibility to find an organization for the final capstone project and connect a professor with a supervisor who will oversee the project in the organization and provide feedback on the project activities. Students will be asked to assess the organizational business model, identify, and describe problems and opportunities, develop a plan to improve organizational performance, and implement that plan. All assignments are submitted to the course learning management system and presented to the supervisor. Supervisor’s feedback will be incorporated in the course grade.
Prerequisite(s): At least 36 credits in the program.
