MGT 421W - Leadership and Innovation


3 credit(s) Writing Intensive
This course explores the intersection of leadership and innovation, equipping students with the skills to guide teams and organizations in times of change. Students will examine leadership theories, influence strategies and ethical decision-making while applying creative problem-solving and design thinking to real-world challenges. Emphasis is placed on building a culture of trust, collaboration, and experimentation that enables innovation to flourish. Through case studies, interactive projects and reflective practice, students will develop their own leadership identity and the ability to drive innovative solutions in diverse organizational settings.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 310 .
