SYB 225 - Case Management Practices

Students learn essential skills for providing quality case management services to clients and families in a range of Health Services fields. Case Management Practices equips students with the vocabulary and methods they will need to engage in meaningful discussions around client issues as professionals in the human service and counseling fields. Students learn to guide clients through a step-by-step process from intake to monitoring to termination of services.
