SCHL 340 - Introduction to Supply Chain and Logistics Management

Supply Chain and Logistics Management activities have always been vital to organizations of all kinds. This management area requires cross-functional integration of key business processes within the firm and across the network of firms that comprise the supply chain. In this course, we will explore the following topics: important supply chain and logistics metrics, sourcing, production planning and inventory control, order fulfillment and supply chain coordination, network design, and other supply chain innovative technologies.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum of 15 credits earned.
