The MBA degree program is designed to provide a broad exposure to the knowledge, skills, and values needed by successful managers. Candidates for the degree typically include those pursuing a management career, as well as those at mid-career and those contemplating a change from a technical or specialized field into a general management role.

Classes are seven weeks in length that allow a concentrated focus on the subject. In addition, courses may be taken online or onsite, depending on what may be happening in one’s busy life.

12 Course MBA:  Our 12 course AACSB Accredited MBA can be completed in two years on a part-time basis, or less, depending on one’s desire to finish sooner. The program consists of nine required courses and three electives. Elective courses may be used to complete a concentration, or to experience different course topics. Six credits can be transferred into this program. We offer convenient rolling admissions each semester.

Concentrations: The three electives may be focused within one concentration listed below or combined from a variety.

Accounting, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurial Studies, Finance, Healthcare Management, International Business, Management, Marketing, Project Management, Risk Management and Insurance, and Supply Chain Management.

Prior to entering the program, students are expected to have a working knowledge of computers and be able to use word processing software and spreadsheets. Free, self-paced educational modules in statistics, accounting and economics are available to admitted students. International students are expected to demonstrate English-language proficiency.

The core of the MBA program is designed for students without prior business education and covers principles and concepts in the basic functional areas of business. The capstone integrates functional approaches and environment issues by having students make strategic business decisions.

The MBA curriculum is always under review for continuous improvement. To receive the degree, students must complete all program requirements and maintain a 3.0 grade point average.
