FIN 604 - Corporate Financial Strategy and Valuation

This course focuses on financial decisions and their impact on firm valuation. Modern concepts of agency theory are integrated throughout the course. Topics include capital structure, valuation models and dividend policy, cash-flow estimation under uncertainty, and working capital management. It is highly recommended that students without knowledge of Time Value of Money and Bond & Stock Valuation to take an online/alternative review module.
Prerequisite(s): AC 603 .
