HTD 311 - Ballet III

A continuation of HTD 310, this course explores intermediate/ advanced ballet movement, technique, vocabulary, and musicality, which are developed through this course. Class includes movement and combination work at the barre and center floor, stretching, as well as traveling and center combinations. Work is explored in different tempos and styles. This course includes body conditioning with an emphasis on placement and a focus on ballet technique. A studio format is used.
Prerequisite(s): HTD 310; music theatre majors only.
